WHEAT THINS Smoked Salmon Dip

ServingsMakes 2 cups or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) each (dip only).
  • 1 tub (250 g) soft cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 90 g smoked salmon, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • grated peel from 1 lemon (about 1 Tbsp.)
  • Wheat Thins Crackers
  • Mix cream cheese spread, mayonnaise and sour cream until well blended.
  • Add salmon and lemon peel; stir gently until well blended.
  • Serve with crackers.
Recipe Tips
  • Jazz It Up
    Add 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill along with the salmon and lemon peel.
  • Make Ahead
    For enhanced flavour, store dip, covered, in refrigerator several hours or overnight before serving.
  • Food Facts
    Thinly sliced smoked salmon, also known as lox, or cooled cooked smoked salmon or trout fillets also work well in this recipe.
