TRISCUIT Quick 'n Easy Red Pepper Dip

ServingsMakes 2-1/4 cups dip or 18 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip (27 g) and 10 crackers (20 g) each.
  • 1 jar (500 mL) roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ⅛ tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • Triscuit Thin Crisps Original Crackers
  • Blend all ingredients except crackers in blender until smooth. Spoon into tightly covered container.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • Serve with the crackers.

  • Wine Pairing
    Pairs well with a glass of Merlot.
  • Special Extra
    For a change of pace, add a few fresh basil leaves to ingredients in blender before blending.
  • Variation
    Add more or less hot pepper sauce according to your taste.
