TRISCUIT Teriyaki Chop Dip

ServingsMakes 3-1/2 cups dip or 28 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) dip and 10 crackers (30 g) each
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 sweet red pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • dash crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 green onions, diagonally sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts
  • Triscuit Thin Crisps Original Crackers
  • Mix sour cream and cilantro until blended; spread onto large serving plate. Top with sweet red peppers.
  • Mix peanut butter, water, teriyaki sauce and crushed pepper in medium bowl until blended; stir in chicken. Spoon over peppers; top with onions and nuts.
  • Serve with crackers.
