RITZ Party Cheese Ball Made Over

ServingsMakes 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) spread, 2 pieces celery (10 g) and 2 crackers (7 g) each.
  • 2 pkg. (250 g each) brick light cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded light mozzarella-cheddar cheese blend
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 12 stalks celery, cut crosswise into quarters
  • 65% Less Sodium Ritz Crackers
  • Beat cream cheese spread and shredded cheese in small bowl with mixer until well blended.
  • Add next 3 ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Shape into ball; roll in parsley. Serve with celery and crackers.
