
PIRATE Banana Cookie Balls

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (350 g) Peek Freans Pirate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie, finely crushed
- ⅓ cup ripe bananas
- 2 pkg. (170 g each) white baking chocolate
- 3 drops yellow food colouring
- ⅓ cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate
Preparation
- Mix cream cheese, cookie crumbs and bananas until well blended. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Refrigerate 30 min.
- Melt white chocolate as directed on package. Stir in food colouring. Dip balls in chocolate; place on parchment- or waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with nuts.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate; drizzle over balls. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

To easily coat balls with the melted chocolate, add balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place balls in prepared pan; let stand until firm. - How to Store
