
OREO Berries & Creme Squares

Ingredients
- 26 Oreo Cookies, divided
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 pkg. (250 g each) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 oz. (2/3 of 170-g pkg.) white baking chocolate, melted
- 1 cup 35% whipping cream, whipped
- 3 cups raspberries
Preparation
- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends extending over sides of pan; spray with cooking spray. Chop 4 cookies; reserve for later use. Finely crush remaining cookies; mix with butter. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust; top with berries and reserved chopped cookies.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Recipe Tips
- For Easier Cutting
Freeze dessert for 30 min. for easier cutting. Using a knife with a thin blade, cut dessert into squares, carefully wiping the blade with a damp paper towel after each cut. - Fun Variation
Cut dessert into 20 squares, then cut each square diagonally in half to make 2 triangles. Dust triangles with icing sugar. Makes 20 servings, 2 triangles each. - Note
This delicious dessert can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead of time. Prepare dessert as directed, but do not top with berries and reserved chopped cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Remove from refrigerator about 45 min. before serving. Cut dessert into squares; top with berries and reserved cookies.
