CADBURY Fudge-Bottom Crunch Pie

  • 1¼ cups Oreo Baking Crumbs
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 bar (100 g) Cadbury Dairy Milk Milk Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 bar (100 g) Cadbury Dairy Milk Toffee Milk Chocolate , chopped, divided
  • 3 cups thawed frozen whipped topping, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • Combine baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min. Microwave milk chocolate bar in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until almost melted; stir until completely melted. Stir in 1 cup pudding; pour into crust.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup toffee chocolate. Stir remaining toffee chocolate into remaining pudding. Gently stir in half the whipped topping; spread over chocolate layer in crust.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping and reserved toffee chocolate. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Serve topped with chocolate syrup.

  • Variation
    Prepare as directed, using vanilla pudding mixes, and substituting Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate for the toffee chocolate.
