Simple Homemade Guacamole with TRISCUIT Jalapeño

ServingsMakes 1-3/4 cups guacamole or 14 servings, 2 Tbsp. guacamole and 14 crackers (30 g) each.
  • 2 fully ripe avocados, peeled, pitted
  • Zest and juice of 1 small lime, divided
  • ½ cup pico de gallo or fresh salsa, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • Triscuit Thin Crisps Zesty Jalapeño Crackers
  • Mash avocados with lime juice to desired consistency in medium bowl.
  • Add lime zest and all remaining ingredients except crackers; mix well. 
  • Serve with the crackers.
Recipe Tips
  • How to Mash the Avocados
    The avocados can be mashed using a fork, potato masher or pastry blender.  When mashing the avocados, there is no need to mash them until all chunks are gone. The avocado chunks will continue to break down when mixed with the other ingredients.
