RITZ Party Cheese Ball Made Over

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (250 g each) brick light cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded light mozzarella-cheddar cheese blend
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 12 stalks celery, cut crosswise into quarters
- 65% Less Sodium Ritz Crackers
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese spread and shredded cheese in small bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add next 3 ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Shape into ball; roll in parsley. Serve with celery and crackers.
