Ingredients
- 1 fully ripe avocados, mashed
- ½ cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) 95%-fat-free cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 48 Triscuit 100% Whole Grain Crackers
- 24 grape tomatoes, cut in half
Preparation
- Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Spread 1-1/2 tsp. avocado mixture onto each cracker; top with tomato half.

- Note
To help prevent the avocado spread from turning brown, place plastic wrap directly on surface of spread before refrigerating. - Special Extra
Chop 1 small seeded jalapeno pepper. Add to avocado mixture before chilling.
