TRISCUIT Zesty Avocado Spread

ServingsMakes 12 servings, 4 topped crackers (45 g) each.
  • 1 fully ripe avocados, mashed
  • ½ cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) 95%-fat-free cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 48 Triscuit 100% Whole Grain Crackers
  • 24 grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • Spread 1-1/2 tsp. avocado mixture onto each cracker; top with tomato half.
Recipe Tips
  • Note
    To help prevent the avocado spread from turning brown, place plastic wrap directly on surface of spread before refrigerating.
  • Special Extra
    Chop 1 small seeded jalapeno pepper. Add to avocado mixture before chilling.
