  • 1 small avocado, cut lengthwise in half
  • 24 Triscuit Low Sodium Crackers
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 plum tomato, seeded, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup rinsed canned black beans
  • Cut each avocado half crosswise into 12 thin slices.
  • Top crackers with sour cream, avocados, tomatoes and beans.
