Spicy Avocado TRISCUIT Toasts

Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 18 Triscuit Roasted Garlic Flavour Crackers
- ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
- Cut avocado crosswise into 18 slices, then cut each slice in half. Place in small bowl.
- Add lemon juice; toss lightly. Place on crackers.
- Sprinkle with crushed pepper.
