Spicy Avocado TRISCUIT Toasts

ServingsMakes 3 servings, 6 topped crackers (60 g) each
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 18 Triscuit Roasted Garlic Flavour Crackers
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
  • Cut avocado crosswise into 18 slices, then cut each slice in half. Place in small bowl.
  • Add lemon juice; toss lightly. Place on crackers.
  • Sprinkle with crushed pepper.

  • Special Extra
    Garnish with quartered lemon slices or lemon zest before serving.
  • Special Extra
    Spoon 4 tsp. sour cream evenly over avocado slices (on crackers) before sprinkling with the crushed red pepper.
