Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. apricot jam
- ⅛ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- Ritz Crackers
Preparation
- Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable quiche dish or pie plate.
- Top with jam; sprinkle with pepper and nuts.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
