ServingsMakes 1-1/4 cups spread or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) spread and 6 crackers (20 g) each.
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. apricot jam
  • ⅛ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • Ritz Crackers
  • Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable quiche dish or pie plate.
  • Top with jam; sprinkle with pepper and nuts.
  • Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
