  • 60 g (about 1/4 of 250-g pkg.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. matcha green tea powder
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid honey
  • 12 Ritz Crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. EACH sunflower seeds and raw unsalted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • Mix cream cheese, tea powder and honey until blended.
  • Spread onto crackers; sprinkle with seeds.

  • Substitute
    Substitute 1/4 cup soft cream cheese for the brick cream cheese.
  • Special Extra
    Drizzle additional 1 tsp. liquid honey over each topped cracker before serving.
