ServingsMakes 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) spread and 3 crackers (15 g) each.
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup plus 1/4 cup pecans, toasted, chopped, divided
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Ritz Crackers
  • Mix cream cheese with Parmesan cheese and 1/3 cup pecans. Shape into 8-inch log, set aside.
  • Combine parlsey and remaining 1/4 cup pecans. Roll log in parsley mixture; pressing gently to secure.
  • Serve with crackers.

  • How to Toast the Pecans
    Spread pecans in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Jazz It Up
    Serve in a cut-glass butter dish.
