Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup plus 1/4 cup pecans, toasted, chopped, divided
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Ritz Crackers
Preparation
- Mix cream cheese with Parmesan cheese and 1/3 cup pecans. Shape into 8-inch log, set aside.
- Combine parlsey and remaining 1/4 cup pecans. Roll log in parsley mixture; pressing gently to secure.
- Serve with crackers.
