  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
  • ½ jalapeño pepper, seeded, minced (about 1 Tbsp.)
  • 24 Triscuit Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
  • Combine all ingredients except crackers.
  • Spoon onto crackers.
Recipe Tips
  • Special Extra
    Garnish topped crackers with finely shredded fresh mint or small whole fresh mint leaves.
  • Variation
    Top crackers with small fresh pineapple chunks instead of the finely chopped pineapple, slivered red onions instead of the finely chopped red onions, and minced green chiles instead of the jalapeño peppers.
