Grilled Peaches 'n Cream TRISCUIT Topper

Ingredients
- 1 fresh peach, cut into 12 slices
- 24 Triscuit Original Crackers
- ½ cup mascarpone cheese
- 24 fresh raspberries
- 24 fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp. liquid honey
Preparation
- Heat grill pan on medium heat.
- Add peaches; cook 3 to 4 min. or until tender, turning after 2 min. Cool.
- Cut peach slices crosswise in half.
- Spread crackers with cheese; top with peaches, raspberries and mint.
- Drizzle with honey.
