  • 1 fresh peach, cut into 12 slices
  • 24 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese
  • 24 fresh raspberries
  • 24 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid honey
  • Heat grill pan on medium heat.
  • Add peaches; cook 3 to 4 min. or until tender, turning after 2 min. Cool.
  • Cut peach slices crosswise in half.
  • Spread crackers with cheese; top with peaches, raspberries and mint.
  • Drizzle with honey.
