Ingredients
- 1 small avocado, cut lengthwise in half
- 24 Triscuit Low Sodium Crackers
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 plum tomato, seeded, finely chopped
- ¼ cup rinsed canned black beans
Preparation
- Cut each avocado half crosswise into 12 thin slices.
- Top crackers with sour cream, avocados, tomatoes and beans.
