Ingredients
- 24 uncooked small shrimp (140 g), peeled, deveined
- 3 Tbsp. Thai sweet chili sauce
- ½ cup hot cooked Jasmine rice
- 24 Ritz Crackers
Preparation
Cook and stir shrimp in medium skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
Add chili sauce; cook and stir 30 sec. or until heated through.
Spoon rice onto crackers; top with shrimp .

Top crackers as directed. Garnish each with a dab of sour cream and a light sprinkling of toasted shredded coconut.

Prepare using regular long-grain white rice.
