RITZ Spicy Thai Shrimp Toppers

  • 24 uncooked small shrimp (140 g), peeled, deveined
  • 3 Tbsp. Thai sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cup hot cooked Jasmine rice
  • 24 Ritz Crackers
  • Cook and stir shrimp in medium skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
  • Add chili sauce; cook and stir 30 sec. or until heated through.
  • Spoon rice onto crackers; top with shrimp .
Recipe Tips
  • Special Extra
    Top crackers as directed. Garnish each with a dab of sour cream and a light sprinkling of toasted shredded coconut.
  • Substitute
    Prepare using regular long-grain white rice.
