HONEY MAID Fruit & Yogurt "Bark"

Ingredients
- 28 Honey Maid Wafers
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat Greek-style yogurt
- 2 cups thawed frozen light whipped topping
- 1¼ cups assorted fresh fruit (blueberries and/or cut-up mangos, kiwis and/or strawberries)
Preparation
- Place wafers in single layer on bottom of foil-lined 15x10-inch pan, breaking as necessary to completely cover bottom of pan.
- Mix yogurt and whipped topping until blended; spread over wafers. Top with fruit.
- Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Cut into pieces to serve.

Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds or walnuts before topping with the fruit and freezing as directed.
