HONEY MAID Fruit & Yogurt "Bark"

  • 28 Honey Maid Wafers
  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 cups thawed frozen light whipped topping
  • 1¼ cups assorted fresh fruit (blueberries and/or cut-up mangos, kiwis and/or strawberries)
  • Place wafers in single layer on bottom of foil-lined 15x10-inch pan, breaking as necessary to completely cover bottom of pan.
  • Mix yogurt and whipped topping until blended; spread over wafers. Top with fruit.
  • Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Cut into pieces to serve.

  • Substitute
    Prepare using your favourite flavour of Greek-style yogurt.
  • Special Extra
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds or walnuts before topping with the fruit and freezing as directed.
