  • 12 Triscuit Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Crackers
  • ½ cup fully cooked pulled pork (60 g)
  • 2 small fresh jalapeño peppers, each cut into 12 slices
  • 1 Swiss cheese slice (15 g), cut into 12 pieces
  • Heat broiler.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
