    Substitute crème fraîche for the sour cream.
  • Alfalfa Sprout Food Safety
    For food safety reasons, children, the elderly, pregnant women and anyone with weakened immune systems should avoid eating alfalfa sprouts or any other variety of raw sprouts. You can instead substitute micro greens for the sprouts. But if you are able to safely eat the sprouts, be sure to thoroughly rinse them under cold running water, then drain well before using.
