  • 24 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • ¼ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 36 small brown, red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp. basil-infused olive oil
  • 24 fresh basil leaves
  • Spread crackers with cheese.
  • Top with tomatoes, then drizzle with oil.
  • Add basil.
