ServingsMakes 4 servings, 6 topped crackers (72 g) each.
  • 3 plum tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. minced red onion
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 24 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 24 small fresh basil leaves
  • Combine all ingredients except crackers, cheese and fresh basil leaves. 
  • Spoon onto crackers
  • Top with cheese and fresh basil leaves.
