TOBLERONE Swiss Fondue

ServingsMakes 2 cups or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) each.
- 1 bar (400 g) Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. brandy
- Break chocolate bar into small pieces; place in top of double boiler over simmering water.
- Add cream; cook until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in brandy.
- Serve as a dip with Peek Freans Lifestyle Selections Shortcake Biscuits and/or cut-up fresh fruit.
If a thinner consistency is desired, add more cream, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until of desired consistency.
- Use Your Microwave
Break chocolate bar into small pieces; place in microwaveable bowl. Stir in cream. Microwave on MEDIUM 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until smooth. Continue as directed.
- Endless Possibilities
Substitute Toblerone Swiss Dark Chocolate for the milk chocolate and/or coffee-flavoured liqueur, orange-flavoured liqueur or peppermint schnapps for the brandy. Serve as a dip with marshmallows or as a topping over scoops of ice cream.
