  • ½ fully ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 20 Ritz Crackers
  • 5 EACH yellow and red pear-shaped tomatoes, quartered
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh mint
  • Mash avocado coarsely in medium bowl. Stir in lime juice.
  • Spread onto crackers.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
