RITZ Dijon Cheddar-Bacon Spread

Servings12 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) spread and 6 crackers (20 g) each
- 1 pkg. (250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella-cheddar cheese blend
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. bacon bits
- 3 Tbsp. sliced green onions, divided
- Ritz Crackers
- Beat cream cheese and shredded cheese in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
- Stir in mustard, bacon and 2 Tbsp. onions.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Let stand at room temperature 30 min. before serving. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Serve with crackers.
