RITZ-Bacon "Bark"

  • 40 Ritz Crackers
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 slices cooked maple flavoured bacon, each cut into 5 pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. multi-coloured sprinkles (red, white and green)
  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Place crackers in single layer in parchment-covered 15x10x1-inch pan; set aside.
  • Cook butter and sugar in medium saucepan on medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Bring to boil; cook 3 min. without stirring. Pour carefully over crackers in pan.
  • Bake 5 to 7 min. or until topping is golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand 5 min. or until chocolate is melted.
  • Spread chocolate over crackers; top with bacon and sprinkles. Cool completely before breaking into pieces to serve.
