  • ½ large avocado, cut lengthwise into 12 slices
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 12 Ritz Crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • Cut each avocado slice crosswise into thirds; brush with lemon juice.
  • Place 3 avocado pieces on each cracker. 
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
