RITZ Almond Crusted Chicken Dijon

  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds, coarsely chopped
  • Heat oven to 375°F.

  • Place chicken in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

  • Mix mayonnaise and mustard until blended; spread evenly onto tops of chicken breasts.

  • Combine cracker crumbs and nuts; sprinkle evenly over chicken.

  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

  • Substitute

    Substitute honey mustard for the Dijon mustard.
