  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 6 pitted black olives, quartered lengthwise

  • Storage and Buying Tips
    Look for pomegranate seeds in the refrigerated section of the produce department at your supermarket. Fresh pomegranate seeds, also known as arils, can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to 2 weeks. Or for longer storage, spread pomegranate seeds into single layer on wax paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours. Transfer seeds to freezer-weight resealable plastic bag; freeze up to 3 months before using as desired.
