Grilled Cheese RITZ Sandwiches

- 24 Ritz Crackers
- 6 process cheese slices, each cut into 4 pieces
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place crackers, top sides down, in single layer on baking sheet.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Place 12 crackers, cheese sides up, on serving plate. Cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down, to make 12 sandwiches.
- Serving Suggestion
Serve with tomato soup.
Cut 60 g cheddar cheese into 24 thin pieces; use instead of the quartered process cheese slices.
- Special Extra
Cut EACH of 3 cooked bacon slices into 4 pieces. Top crackers with cheese and bake as directed. Place 1 bacon piece on each of 12 topped crackers before covering with second cheese-topped cracker to make sandwich.
