  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped heirloom tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 Triscuit Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
  • Combine all ingredients except crackers
  • Spoon onto crackers.

  • Variation
    Prepare using Triscuit Original Crackers. Sprinkle evenly with 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper.

    Heirloom tomatoes come in all colours, shapes and sizes. While we used brown heirloom tomatoes to prepare these delicious snacks, any other colour of tomatoes, such as purple, red or yellow, will taste just as great.
