  • ½ cup plain 2% MF Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ tsp. EACH zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 EACH lemon and lime, divided
  • 1 tsp. liquid honey
  • ½ tsp. smoked paprika, divided
  • 48 Good Thins The Rice One Simply Salt Crackers
  • 21 small pitted Kalamata olives, cut into thin slices
  • Mix yogurt, parsley, lemon zest, lime zest, lemon juice, lime juice, honey and 1/4 tsp. paprika until blended.
  • Spread onto crackers; top with olives.
  • Sprinkle with remaining paprika.
