  • 38 Ritz Crackers, finely crushed 
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ⅛ tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
  • ½ cup hot pepper sauce
  • 9 chicken wings (1-1/4 lb./565 g), separated at joints, tips discarded 
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside.  Combine cracker crumbs and dry seasonings in shallow dish.
  • Add hot pepper sauce to chicken wings in large bowl; toss to evenly coat wings with sauce. Dip wings in cracker crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each wing with crumbs. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until wings are done, turning after 20 min.

    Serve these flavourful wings with blue cheese dressing.

    Add 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese to the cracker crumb mixture before using to coat wings as directed.
