  • 25 Ritz Crackers
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup rinsed canned no-salt-added black beans
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 2 small fresh jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced
  • Top crackers with remaining ingredients.
Recipe Tips
  • Special Extra
    Spoon 2 Tbsp. sour cream evenly over topped crackers before serving. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro leaves.
  • Note
    Be sure to cut the jalapeño peppers into thin slices as directed in recipe in order to get enough pepper slices to prepare these delicious snacks.
