Ingredients
- 1 large red pepper, roasted
 - 24 Triscuit Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Crackers
 - ¼ lb. (115 g) surface-ripened goat cheese, cut into 24 slices
 - ¼ cup pesto
 
Preparation
- Cut pepper into 12 lengthwise strips, then cut each strip crosswise in half.
 - Top crackers with cheese, pesto and peppers.
