TRISCUIT Garlic-Shrimp Spread

Ingredients
- 1 tub (250 g) light soft cream cheese
- 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Triscuit Low Sodium Crackers
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix all ingredients except crackers.
- Spoon into 1-1/2- to 2-cup casserole dish.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
