Ingredients
- 3 plum tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. minced red onion
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 24 Triscuit Original Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 24 small fresh basil leaves
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients except crackers, cheese and fresh basil leaves.
- Spoon onto crackers
- Top with cheese and fresh basil leaves.
