PREMIUM PLUS California Cracker Topper

  • 1 mini English cucumber
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 small avocado, cut into 12 pieces
  • 24 Premium Plus Salted Crackers
  • ½ cup crab salad
  • ⅛ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • Cut cucumber lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 12 slices.

  • Sprinkle lime juice over avocados. 

  • Place 1 avocado piece on each cracker. 

  • Top with crab salad and cucumbers; sprinkle with pepper.

Recipe Tips
  • Make Ahead

    Cut cucumber and sprinkle avocado pieces with lime juice as directed. Cover and refrigerate in separate containers up to 8 hours before using to prepare recipe as directed.

  • Special Extra
    For added heat, spread 1 tsp. wasabi paste evenly onto crackers before topping with remaining ingredients as directed.
  • Variation

    Substitute tuna salad for the crab salad.
