Ingredients
- 1 mini English cucumber
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 small avocado, cut into 12 pieces
- 24 Premium Plus Salted Crackers
- ½ cup crab salad
- ⅛ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
Cut cucumber lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 12 slices.
Sprinkle lime juice over avocados.
Place 1 avocado piece on each cracker.
Top with crab salad and cucumbers; sprinkle with pepper.

- Make Ahead
Cut cucumber and sprinkle avocado pieces with lime juice as directed. Cover and refrigerate in separate containers up to 8 hours before using to prepare recipe as directed.
- Special Extra
For added heat, spread 1 tsp. wasabi paste evenly onto crackers before topping with remaining ingredients as directed. - Variation
