Ingredients
- 24 Ritz Crackers
 - ¼ lb. (115 g) Monterey Jack cheese with habanero peppers, cut into 24 slices
 - 12 fresh pineapple pieces (2 oz./60 g)
 - 12 sprigs fresh cilantro
 
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
 - Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
 - Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
 - Place pineapple and cilantro on 12 topped crackers; cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down, to make 12 sandwiches.
