Ingredients
- ½ cup plain 2% MF Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ tsp. EACH zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 EACH lemon and lime, divided
- 1 tsp. liquid honey
- ½ tsp. smoked paprika, divided
- 48 Good Thins The Rice One Simply Salt Crackers
- 21 small pitted Kalamata olives, cut into thin slices
Preparation
- Mix yogurt, parsley, lemon zest, lime zest, lemon juice, lime juice, honey and 1/4 tsp. paprika until blended.
- Spread onto crackers; top with olives.
- Sprinkle with remaining paprika.
