TRISCUIT Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza

  • 24 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • 60 g Havarti cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup drained jarred piquillo peppers, sliced
  • 1 slice prosciutto (15 g), cut into thin strips
  • ½ cup tightly packed baby arugula leaves
  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet to form solid rectangle.
  • Top with cheese, peppers and prosciutto.
  • Bake 6 to 8 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with arugula.

  • Substitute
    Prepare using 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend.
  • Substitute
    Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. balsamic glaze after topping with the arugula.
  • Substitute
    Substitute banana pepper rings for the peppers.
