Ingredients
- 24 Triscuit Original Crackers
- 60 g Havarti cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup drained jarred piquillo peppers, sliced
- 1 slice prosciutto (15 g), cut into thin strips
- ½ cup tightly packed baby arugula leaves
Preparation
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet to form solid rectangle.
- Top with cheese, peppers and prosciutto.
- Bake 6 to 8 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Top with arugula.

Prepare using 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend. - Substitute
Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. balsamic glaze after topping with the arugula. - Substitute
