  • 3 Tbsp. roasted red pepper hummus
  • ¼ EACH small orange, red and yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • ½ cup Triscuit Minis Crackers
  • 30 g light white cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 8 English cucumber slices
  • 6 seedless red grapes
  • Place all ingredients in lunch box fitted with separate compartments.
  • Refrigerate until ready to pack in an insulated lunch bag or box before walking out the door.
