  • 12 Triscuit Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic-herb cheese spread
  • 6 grilled cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 12 blanched fresh asparagus spear tips (1 inch), cut lengthwise in half
  • Spread crackers with cheese spread.
  • Top with vegetables.
Recipe Tips
  • How to Grill the Cherry Tomatoes
    Heat heavy grill pan on medium-high heat. Add tomatoes; cook 3 to 5 min. or just until tender and lightly grill marked, turning occasionally. Or, place tomatoes in shallow pan and bake in 375°F oven 5 to 7 min. or just until tomatoes are tender and lightly browned.
  • Special Extra
    Use a combination of different coloured cherry tomatoes, such as 2 EACH red, orange and yellow.
  • How to Blanch Asparagus
    Add asparagus to saucepan of boiling water; cook 1 min. or just until crisp-tender. Immediately add to bowl of ice water; let stand until cooled. Drain, then pat dry before using as directed.
